ABOUT US
The Youth Entrepreneur Academy was created from lived experience, not theory. Its foundation comes from growing up around problem-solvers and then spending decades applying those instincts across multiple industries, roles, and environments.
This program brings together insights gained over a long career—lessons uncovered through building, observing, failing, refining, and succeeding. It reflects the kind of guidance most people only gain after years of trial and error, now organized into a format youth can access early.
Rather than preparing students for a single outcome, the Academy prepares them for decision-making. Youth are guided to understand how systems work, how value is created, and how intentional thinking can change their trajectory. The focus is not just on starting ventures, but on developing judgment, adaptability, and initiative—skills that remain useful regardless of the path they choose.
Students are encouraged to connect awareness with action. They learn how to recognize challenges in everyday life, evaluate where improvement is needed, and translate insight into meaningful action. This approach helps them contribute thoughtfully while building confidence in their own abilities.
OUR PURPOSE
The Academy exists to equip youth with tools that accelerate growth and expand options. By introducing advanced thinking skills early, we help students move through life with greater awareness, stronger confidence, and a clearer sense of direction—both personally and professionally.
OUR LONG-TERM AIM
We are working toward a future where young people are prepared to stand on their own sooner, make informed choices, and create stability within their households and communities. When youth are equipped early, they gain the capacity to support those who supported them—and to build legacies rooted in capability, not chance.
THE SOLUTIONIST PHILOSOPHY
Observe the world with intention
Ask better questions before jumping to answers
Recognize unmet needs and inefficiencies
Build solutions that serve others while creating opportunity
Being a Solutionist isn’t limited to business. It’s a way of navigating school, work, relationships, and life with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Once learned, it becomes a lifelong framework for decision-making and contribution.
A Solutionist is someone trained to look beyond symptoms and focus on root causes.
Instead of reacting to problems, a Solutionist studies them, understands who is affected, and designs practical responses that create forward motion.
This philosophy teaches youth to:
THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Built to stick. Designed to evolve with you.
The Youth Entrepreneur Academy uses a layered learning model designed to help ideas move beyond exposure and into real understanding. Instead of one-time lessons, students revisit key concepts through progressive levels of engagement, reinforcing insight through experience, conversation, and creation.
This approach supports youth as they grow — mentally, socially, and strategically — without overwhelming them or rushing them toward expertise before they’re ready.
What students gain isn’t just information.
It’s clarity, confidence, and capability.
HOW LEARNING IS STRUCTURED
All subject areas are introduced through a three-tier framework, allowing students to encounter ideas multiple times in different ways:
FOUNDATIONS
Students are introduced to core ideas, language, and perspectives.
The focus is awareness and understanding.
APPLICATION
Students begin working with ideas — practicing, discussing, and experimenting in real scenarios.
INTEGRATION
Students apply learning directly to their own work, projects, and presentations — demonstrating ownership and confidence.
This structure helps learning last, because students don’t just hear ideas — they use them.
FOCUS AREAS YOU'LL EXPLORE
Subjects span personal development, professional readiness, and business awareness, including:
Thinking frameworks and decision-making
Communication, presence, and professionalism
Identifying problems and designing solutions
Entrepreneurship and innovation fundamentals
Presentation, pitching, and storytelling
Strategy, operations, and future awareness
Each topic is presented as an in-depth introduction, giving students a strong base to build on now and expand later.
Throughout the experience, students are developing a real idea they care about. Learning culminates in a public showcase where effort, growth, and creativity come together in a meaningful way.
This moment anchors everything learned and gives students ownership over their progress.
